that 3 minor driving violations could cost you a reckless driving ticket. As I was heading home from work at 1:30 in the morning I was driving around 70. A car from behind was approaching me so I sped up to my usual 80 and then the lights went on and I was getting pulled over. This angers me a lot because for one thing it scares me being pulled over so late when only myself and the officer are awake, and two I am driving a mini-van going 80 at 1:30 in the morning, I am causing no one any harm, I am just trying to get home before I fall asleep. As I roll down the window he asks me if I know why I am being pulled over. I tell him because I was speeding. He tells me that I also changed lanes without signaling. I wanted to say, "Who do I need to signal for everyone else in home in bed." He then told me that one more minor moving violation and I would be cited for reckless driving. Yep me and the mini-van reckless driving all over the freeway all by ourselves at 1:00 in the morning. I am trying very hard to be nice to this man because the last time I got pulled over it was on my way home from work at 1:00 in the morning. I was pregnant with Savanna and pissed off and was very nasty to the officer and landed myself a ticket. He took my driving info went to his car and by the grace of God he did not give me a ticket. I don't get lucky very often but that night I did and I was happy.

More Easter Fun

My mom made this Bunny costume for me when I was 5 for Halloween.

Boo was mad because we only put the head on her.



Only my mom could get the kids to tie dish cloths around them for aprons.
Savanna wanted to put the eggs in and out of the water with her hands.

Every year my mom does the whole color Easter eggs, have a hunt at her house. I am grateful for that because it is time consuming and quite messy. The kids love it and they talk about coloring eggs for weeks before. After the eggs were done I took the kids to McDonald's and magically the Easter Bunny came and hid all the eggs and baskets. The kids had so much fun looking for all their stuff. Thanks to Gran for another great Easter.

We had a neighborhood Easter party last night and it was pretty dang fun! We had an Egg Hunt, really good food, and the Easter Bunny even came. Thanks Jim Destiny for a really fun night.

A Nap

Getting Boo to go to sleep is so hard. She fights it to no end. I was getting the floor ready to mop and she was sitting on the couch just playing with her Troy barbie and before I know it she has fallen asleep. This has never happened nor will it ever again so I thought it was Blog worthy.

Going Potty

For months now whenever Savanna has to go poop she hides. She usually goes into Lexi's room shuts the door and does her business. If you try to open the door she yells at you and quickly shuts the door. They say (who is they anyway) that when they do this they are soon to be ready for potty training. Quite often I ask her if she wants to go potty on the toilet, it is always a very big NO!!! A few days ago we got some little girl panties and she really wanted to wear them. She could only wear them if she was ready to go potty on the toilet. This encouraged her enough to try it out. She spent a good part of an hour sitting on her potty, wiping, then flushing the big potty. She would then come and tell us the she peed and then proceed to do this over and over. As soon as she was done playing potty we put her pants on and of course she peed.

How long did you date? That is hard for me to answer, our first date was in September, but I was still seeing my old boyfriend until November. So we dated for 7 months but for 5 months exclusively.

Who proposed? Shaun.
Who is more sensitive? We are both pretty sensitive. I cry at church and at movies, but when it comes to our kids he is right there with me.
Who has more siblings? Shaun 1 Sister and 4 Brothers, I have 1 Brother and 1 Sister
Who wears the pants? I think that would be me. Shaun it so laid back, I am the feisty one.
